
The concept of this is that the cruise will begin from one port and reaches the same port without docking at a different port and reportedly, Singapore has partnered with Royal Caribbean International’s Quantum of the Seas and Genting Cruise Lines’ World Dream for this initiative.
As of now, the cruise can be accessible to Singapore Residents and they follow safety and hygiene protocol where only 50% of passengers will be allowed access. To stop prevent of transmission of Coronavirus, the cruise ships will depart and return to the same port but gives the passengers the cruise travel feel.
Regarding this, the Dream cruises president said that they are much delighted to be the first cruise to restart the operation from Singapore which will provide the much-needed tourism boost for the country. He also added that this will provide another vacation spot which was limited to land-based resorts until now.
